Yes I know the body isn’t level with the stand. I still have to cut the top of the stand to the curve of the under belly of the bbq 
When cutting the door out I strap and weld in the flat bar to body. 50% of the time the door pops and you will need to make a door. Guess what the door popped and I’ll have to make a new door

I use a wet strap so when welding next to the strap it doesn’t burn up the strap 
I used a 1″ sq tube to apply pressure to the bottom flat bar, this helps the lid from popping. However the lid still popped. 
On the bottom left and right side of the lid you can see the flat bar whales forward, this mean the lid will never seal correctly. Tomorrow I’ll upload pictures of how to fix this lid.
