Huckleberry’s Café, located in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, understands that we serve a highly intelligent customer base at our full-service steak and prime rib restaurant.

Our patrons understand there is a difference between average and high quality food and they also understand that we provide them with all-natural offerings from local sources whenever possible.

We take the all-natural approach very seriously as we carefully create sauces and dressings on the premise. Additionally, we ensure that everything on our menu is completely free of harsh preservatives and cheap chemically laden flavour enhancers.

Even our water is double-filtered, ensuring purity and cleanliness!

You start with this and finish with 15 29″ by 29″ grates
Weld in lifting points for the air crane to lift the unit
Pre assemble the grate slides and weld in place
square up your stand and weld out completely before attaching to the base unit. No one loves to weld upside down
Weld in angle iron on the bottom of the main chamber to prevent warping for the draft of the heat
Base in and squared to the main chamber
Drains are installed at this point because i dont like welding upside down!
I paint the base before I flip the main chamber on it’s feet

Starting to trim out the main chambers, a center divider will be installed and supported so the doors close nice and tight

First run at hanging the doors
Using this style of hinge was a complete FAIL!
Doors would not open correctly and they we’re cut off and a bigger hinge made to support the door weight used
