Hand Built Rooster Air Vent?

What the hell is a Rooster Air Vent?

You can buy a air vent from a local Edmonton supplier but the wait time is weeks away, cost to high and it’s just a vent. So fabricate a vent in a day, similar cost and make it unique. Since the vent is in a local restaurant/bar Thirsty Rooster Eatery why not CNC a rooster in the vent. Thanks to Stinger for cutting the image sooooo quickly.

Built the frame from 1” x 1” 1/8 wall Aluminum,
Using 5/8 square rod carbon steel as spacers and laying 1” by 1/8th flat bar as the veins in the vent, weld one side of the flat bar to the frame.
Weld the CNC’d Rooster on to the front of the vent and prep the entire unit for flat black paint. Keep in mind the customer, Thirsty Rooster Eatery only asked for a vent but not a vent with a rooster on it. So I’m actually installing the rooster vent without their knowledge and see what they say? Or will they notice it? The vent is in a blacked out ceiling 16’ in the air!
