Client from Macklin Saskatchewan contacted me to build a Reverse Flow Smoker. As a kid I grew up traveling to our family farm just east of Macklin in Reward Saskatchewan. But I’d visit Macklin to see my great great grand mother Birns.

Quick update. Build half the frame and wheel supports. Capped both ends of the cook chamber but ran out of cap material for the firebox. I’ll pick that material up in the morning, swear I had it some where in the shop! We’re doing a Texas offset with grilling station on the firebox.
