Using the top of the firebox we picture frame angle iron as a structure for a grill top unit. When not in use a flip down lid will cover the opening to trap smoke and heat from the firebox. In addition from the fixed grate a plate of steel sits on the grate to help with heat lose. Picture framed firebox door will open to the right, ash pan, natural gas log lighter and fully functional door with cold air vent still to be installed Flipping this beast over using the air crane is pretty sketchy Smoke collector to be cut out using a 50 AMP plasma torch – no grinding required Wheels both locking and swivel to be added soon Huge 8″ squared stack amounted on smoke collector The slope is added to the collector to allow the grill top to clear

Massive pull out grills on slider’s and locks to prevent the grill from falling or pulling out of the chamber I turned the gauges in, to allow easy viewing from one position. Heat shield for when the grill is not in use Ash pan lays on the bottom of the fire box to allow all the ash to be collected Front air vents of the firebox to allow cold air in the box and burn the charcoal correctly Front counter is solid and mounted using triangles to support the front and the rear of the counter Handle material will be in stock in the next few days (Click here for Rick H. – Handle Manufacture) Rick uses and large knife and spins the material – slashing the material to give it the weathered look Side table does fold down if not required – Counter weight on the lid for easy opening and closing

Paint will tone out over the next 12 hours Handles will be installed after the paint has set Handles stained then cleared and cleared 3 more times Racks pull out to allow Mike to work eve the back as easy as the front Nice front countertop to hold a couple of ice cold snacks Side counter folds down when not in use
